Office of Admissions Change of Major Form
This form is used to update the major submitted on your Admissions application to Delgado Community College. Selective enrollment majors have additional guidelines and/or requirements for admittance; therefore, you will need to contact the appropriate Academic Division for additional information.

If you have already scheduled classes or you are a continuing student, submit your request to the Registrar's Office with this link:

Please allow 48 hours for processing. DO NOT attempt to schedule classes within the 48-hour period.
International & ESL Students
If you are an international or ESL student, you will not be able to submit an online Change of Information form.

- International students, please see Ms. Ana Wilson to complete the form and get her approval to change your major.
- If you are an ESL student, please report to the ESL Department to complete the form and to get approval to change your major.
Never submit passwords through Google Forms.
