Image Consent
The event will be recorded and photographed for various purposes, including, but not limited to, promotional, marketing, and archival use.
By participating in the event, participants give their explicit consent, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for the organizer and event partners to use their images and names for the purposes mentioned. This consent permits the publication of participants' images and names across various media, including websites, social media platforms, marketing materials, and promotional content.
If a participant does not authorize the use of their image for these purposes, unfortunately, their participation in the event will not be possible. Participants have the right to withdraw their consent at any time by providing written notice to the organizer.
