Prisoners Literature Project - volunteering interest?
PLP is delighted to announce that we are now holding small-group sessions at our Berkeley HQ. If you'd like to help send books to incarcerated folks, please fill out this form and we'll get back to you. Please read the following information carefully before submitting your form.

IMPORTANT: if you do not hear back from us within a reasonable amount of time, do not submit this form a second time. Instead, CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDERS. Most likely, our confirmation email went to spam. If so, please whitelist "SALESFORCE," our volunteer management software.

A few other important points:

(1) We ask volunteers to attend the entire session they sign up for. So, please be punctual and commit to staying for the entire session (usually 3 hours).

(2) We do not plan to hold 'open sessions' for the foreseeable future. So please do not come to our library unless you have received an email confirmation that you are enrolled in a particular session. (Again, check your spam folder and whitelist us if necessary; session confirmations come from an app called CALENDLY.)

(3) Volunteering opportunities are limited and in high demand, so you may not hear back from us straightaway. But we'll add you to our database, and contact you as soon as is practical.
