1. Boot Camp - classes will last 45 min-1hr. We will have yoga mats and light weights, so body weight exercises/cardio will work best.2. Run/walk club - We need more volunteers of different speeds! Especially those closer to the walking end of the spectrum. The runs/walks will meet at Brent House and go along the levee path3. Yoga classes - As long as you are confident to teach, you will be fine. Expect to get mostly beginners. 4. Water aerobics - These are during rotation rotation 3 and 4. No experience needed, we will train you.
