Operations CC Interest Form

Greetings!

This interest form is going to be used to select candidates for future openings in Operations Central Command team for 2025. I appreciate you making it this far! I want the best and qualified people in our leadership positions as we need good examples for our members to follow. If selected, you will have high expectations placed upon you and this will require you to dedicate more time to TAW. The old ways of becoming a CC and going ROD (retired on duty) are done. 

Who may apply? This is open to anyone that is currently an active TAW member. The ideal candidates we will be looking for possesses these following qualifications:

  1. Time in TAW (preferably more than 3+ years)
  2. Time in leadership positions within TAW (preferably more than 2+ years)
  3. Real life leadership experience/positions (we may require proof)
  4. Minimum age of 21 (TFO Membership Minimum Age)
  5. No dishonorable discharges

We will be conducting a process of accepting interest forms, reviewing forms, conducting interviews, and selection of new CC candidates. The selected CC candidates will be presented to Grizz for his approval.

Interest forms must be submitted by midnight UTC on 16th March 2025 (forms submitted after March 16th will not be accepted)

Notice! - This is expected to be a highly competitive and scrutinized process. If you don't meet the ideal qualifications, I would still encourage you to apply. The worst we are going to say is no. With that being said, don't be discouraged or bitter if not selected. I know that is easier said than done, but how you accept denial greatly reflects your character and will be considered for future openings.
