Timeline:
1. Complete project sign-up (as academic calendars vary - we are flexible with the start time).
2. First group meeting with project sponsor Date/time TBD (will also be recorded and shared)
3.. The official start of project time can vary based on the respective campus term schedule
4. Q/A with project sponsors - From late Feb (sessions will be recorded and shared with those who sign-up late or cannot attend the meetings)
5. A mid-term debrief - Dates can vary based on academic calendars (email the social project co-chairs). IF needed a zoom meeting can be set up.
6. Follow-up meeting with project sponsors - Dates can vary based on academic calendars
7. April - report on project progress.
8. By end of May (or sooner) final project presentation - a video recording (not more than 15 minutes) to be submitted by each team. (please let us know if the final term ending date varies for your institution).
