2020 Daycare + Preschool -- Wildfire Smoke Clean Air Survey
This survey is for all daycare centers and preschools within Missoula County who are NOT currently set up with clean indoor air (that you know of), especially for wildfire smoke season. Please fill out this survey in order to receive recommendations and (potentially) free HEPA Portable Air Cleaners (PACs).

Some daycares received donated PACs in 2018 or 2019 and are all set (so this survey is not for you!).

If you did not or if you are a larger school that returned the loaned PACs to the Health Dept., we hope to hear from you in the next couple weeks.

Information you provide in this survey will not be shared or used for any other purposes except to help your center provide healthy, clean air to children during periods of wildfire smoke.

Thank you, Climate Smart Missoula and Missoula City-County Health Department
