• 本團接獲報名後，將於一星期內以電郵聯絡閣下安排試音。
• 本團將於試音後一星期內以電郵通知閣下面試結果。成功獲取錄者將同時收到繳款通知，並須於指定日期內完成繳款及電郵寄回收據以確認留位。
• 如學員缺席任何排練，將不獲安排額外排練，已付的訓練費用將不獲退還。
• 學員若缺席多於五成的訓練，或表現未如理想，本團有權取消其表演資格，已付的訓練費用將不獲退還。
• 排練前兩小時，如香港天文台正在懸掛八號或以上風球或黑雨警告，排練將會取消及在時間及場地許可下改期。如三號或以下風球或黃雨、紅雨警告仍然生效，家長/監護人必須以安全為首，自行決定是否讓學員前往排練。
• 如遇上特別事故，本團將另行安排時間額外排練。香港演奏家管樂團保留安排額外排練時間之權利。已付的訓練費用將不獲退還。
• 學員及家長/監護人同意授權香港演奏家管樂團在排練及音樂會進行拍攝、錄音或錄影，以作本團宣傳及存檔之用。
• 如非得到本團之同意，學員及家長/監護人不得在排練及音樂會期間拍攝、錄音或錄影。
• 所有收集的個人資料只供本團委員會處理閣下申請之用。成功申請者的個人資料將會存入檔案，並由本團委員會處理。如申請不被接納，本團將於一個月內銷毀一切有關的個人資料。
• 香港演奏家管樂團將就有關排練及演出細節安排保留最終決定權。

• We shall contact you for an audition within a week after receiving your application by email.
• Applicants will receive the audition result by email within a week after the audition. Successful applicants will also receive payment notice and have to bank in the programme fee and return payment slip to us by email before a deadline in order to reserve the place.
• No extra rehearsal will be made for any absentees. Any paid fees are non-refundable.
• Player who has been absent for 50% rehearsals or with dissatisfactory progress will not be allowed to perform. Any paid fees are non-refundable.
• If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is in force two hours before a rehearsal, the rehearsal will be cancelled and rescheduled if possible. If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or below or Amber / Red Rainstorm Warning is in force, parents/guardians shall decide if to attend the rehearsal and ensure players’ safety on the road.
• Make-up rehearsal will be arranged in case of unavoidable events. Hong Kong Performers Winds reserves the right on scheduling of all rehearsals. Any paid fees are non-refundable.
• Players and parents/guardians agree to authorise Hong Kong Performers Winds to take photos/audio/video recording during all rehearsals and performance for publicity and archival purposes.
• Players and parents/guardians are not allowed to take photos/audio/video recording during all rehearsals and performance without consent of HKPW.
• Personal data provided as part of an application for admission will be used solely for the purpose of admission, and in this connection the data will be handled by the HKPW committee only. The information of successful candidates will become part of the member file, in which connection, the data will thereafter be handled by the HKPW committee. The information of unsuccessful candidates will be destroyed within a month.
• Hong Kong Performers Winds reserves the right of final decision on the details of rehearsals and performance.
