Only the number of adults that are needed for safety wise is requested + 1 adult mentioned below. Camping/ Overnight Safetywise guidelines: (Bridging Brownie 2 adults per 20 girls, +1 adult for every additional 6 girls, Junior 2 adults per 16 girls, +1 adult for every additional 8 girls, Cadet 2 adults per 20 girls, +1 adult for every additional 10 girls, Senior & Ambassador 2 adults per 24 girls, +1 adult for every additional 12 girls)

Extra Adult *
Each troop is expected to provide an adult to volunteer with general encampment duties. This adult is in addition to your safetywise numbers. Every troop that is registering more than five girls is expected to provide one extra adult. This adult can rotate in and out of activities with your troop. Meaning that adult A could volunteer between 8-10 AM Adult B between 10-12 and Adult C between 12-4 PM - or any combination that works for your troop.

We are offering the option of an extra overnight for girls grades 6 and up - the cost for the extra night will be $15
Special Requests
