Registration for Gentle Jumpstart
The Gentle Jumpstart Program at ACAC Downtown is a 12 session 4 week health exploration to get you restarted at the gym. The sessions cover the gamut from balance, strength all the way through to nutrition and meditation.

Meeting on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 3 - 4 pm
Maximum participants: 10
