Vendor Booth Fees:


10’x10’ $60 (open space/NO electricity) You are required to bring your own canopy tent, tables and chairs. 


10’x20’ $100 (open space/NO electricity) You are required to bring your own canopy tent, tables, and chairs.


**No Sharing booths**


Festival begins at 6pm on Friday October 3rd. Vendors are welcome to set up 12-5. However, all vendor booths must be set up no later than 5:00PM.


We encourage vendors to set up on Friday. 


There will be a designated area for vendors.


All vendors must vacate the venue Sunday, October 5th by 11 am.


All paid vendor fees are non-refundable. 


*Vendors are welcome to keep their booths set up overnight, if they choose to do so.*

Handmade Music, LLC Vendor Rules and Regulations


Previously, vendors have asked to camp behind their booths. However, this isn’t an area where camping is permitted. All vendors receive free weekend camping at the campground in showboat park (walking distance from vendor row.)


Exhibitors are to ensure that their display is set up and ready to sell when doors open. 


Vendor booths must be of sound construction and can not obstruct or endanger the neighboring booth area or walkways. All booths must be securely staked into the ground and weighted down (Prepare for wind, rain, etc.)


Each vendor is responsible for their own liability insurance, compliance, with all requirements of the state of Michigan and local municipalities.


Collection of sales tax is the sole responsibility of the registered vendor.

We reserve the right to remove any offensive products. 


All vehicles must be moved from the show grounds to designated parking areas after unloading. No vehicles on the festival grounds on Saturday. 


A $50 fee will be assessed to any check returned for insufficient funds..


HMMF reserves the right to change or add to the rules and regulations as needed.
