Dear Students & Parents,

We are very excited for our upcoming trip to perform in Madrid & Barcelona, Spain July 25 – 31, 2027, and we look forward to hearing performances by our students as we travel in Madrid & Barcelona, Spain. This will be a magical performance tour that will allow students to showcase their talent internationally while building great family memories.

As always, we'll be taking care of all the details so that you can have peace of mind knowing that the trip and performances will go smoothly and that you and your child's experience will be positive and memorable. Imagine the transformation that your child will go through by preparing for and participating in this event. Big events like this are known to bring out the best in performers - abilities that have always been there, but just hadn't been uncovered yet! You'll be able to tell your friends, family, and neighbors that your child had the opportunity as well as the confidence to perform in Spain! Not to mention the credibility of being able to add the performance to your resume and college applications!

For many musicians, they aspire their entire careers to perform internationally. We are very excited about the opportunity to have our students make their international debut with us!

Please fill out the below information to register for the trip and to learn what is included in your registration for this event.

Students are encouraged to speak with their private instructor and begin practicing now.

Please read the important information below and sign:

• Each student will perform one piece in at least 2 formal concerts in Spain. If more time is available in each show, then we will allow an additional selection.

• Each student must be accompanied by a parent/guardian over the age of 18 who will travel with them, room with them, and chaperone them throughout the trip.

• Each student must bring their own instrument or any equipment/supplies needed to perform on the trip and the only instruments provided will be a piano and drum set.

• This is an Agreement between you, (the “Client”), and the School, to book a slot for the Spain Performance Tour trip July 25 – July 31, 2027 in Spain (the “Event”).

• I will be available to travel and perform July 25 – July 31, 2027,in Spain (the “Event”).

• I am responsible for my own expenses and understand that the trip cost per person is $4,091 which includes roundtrip airfare, hotel room, multiple guided tours, full buffet breakfast at the hotel, 2 Formal Recitals, tips for tour guides, and a Welcome Dinner and Farewell Dinner. I understand that this price is based on having at least 45 participants (includes students and family members traveling). We expect this to be a full tour as our last one sold out quickly.

• I agree to pay a non-refundable registration fee of $75 per traveler and authorize the New York Musician’s Center to charge $75 per traveler to the credit card on file, unless an alternate method of payment is provided prior to processing. This one-time, non-refundable registration fee will be charged at the time of registration to reserve one (1) slot at the Event. This is the only fee payable to the New York Musician’s Center and will not be deducted from my total travel balance.

• I agree to register each traveler on the Music Celebrations International (MCI) tour company website with a $250 per person deposit by September 30th and that I understand my spot will be forfeited if the $250 per person deposit is not made by that date.

• I agree to pay the remaining balance of $3,841 per traveler directly to Music Celebrations International (MCI) tour company following the payment schedule set by MCI (15% of trip total due December 1, 20% due February 1, 25% April 1, Balance due June 1,2027).

• I understand that Music Celebrations International (MCI) is our tour company who will be handling all travel arrangements and that I should direct all payment inquiries to them.

• I agree that each traveler participating with my family will secure a valid passport for travel (it must be valid for six months after our travel dates) and we will secure a visa for any traveler who does not hold an American passport if they require a visa.

• The Client acknowledges and agrees that should Student discontinue lessons (withdraw) from lessons at the School prior to the Event, Student’s spot in the Event will be forfeited and offered to a student on the waiting list. The registration fee will not be refunded.

• The Client understands that their regular teacher will most likely not attend the Event. Staff members from NYMC will be available to assist students.
