This application requires written responses and work samples. Work samples are submitted either as website URL &/or PDF. Guidelines for each are listed in the ‘Work Samples’' sections of the application.
Applications are only saved after you submit. Once you submit, applications remain editable via a link sent in the email confirmation. You will be able to review and edit written responses until August 12, 2019 at 11:59 EST.
Answering most of these questions is voluntary, but we hope that you will choose to fill it out. Any answer you give will be kept private and there will be no impact on your application.

WORK SAMPLES: Include a CV/Resume and the names + phone numbers + email addresses of 3 personal or professional references; please note, we do not want letters of reference. OPTIONAL- if interested please include one of the following submission types:
***IMAGES ONLY: 3 still images. Each JPEG (max. 1200 pixels on long edge) should include a caption of 400 characters or less.
***TIME-BASED MEDIA ONLY: 5 minutes audio/video total. Each URL to specific work (Vimeo, YouTube, Soundcloud, etc.) should include a caption of 400 characters or less, providing context and time parameters.
***TEXT ONLY: 3 pages. Each text piece (poetry, prose, script) should include a contextual summary of 400 characters or less.
***COMBINATION: Applicants with a mix of images, time-based media, and/or text, should use best judgment (ie. 2 images, 3 minutes of audio/video, 1 page of text). Each work should include a caption of 400 characters or less.
