탈북민들이 겪는 사회적 문제들은 계속해서 악순환되며 현재도 심각한 사회문제로 자리잡고 있습니다. 그 중에서도 탈북 청소년들의 교육 문제가 논의되기 시작하며 여러 사회경제적 요인들이 얽힌 문제로 밝혀졌습니다. 저희는 탈북 청소년 교육을 지원하는 다양한 비정부기구들과 정부의 정책들의 부족함을 깨닫고, 탈북 청소년 학생과 선생님(봉사활동 참여자)이 직접 소통하며 서로에게 맞는 선생님과 학생을 연결시켜주어 봉사활동에서 얻는 보람을 극대화하고 학업에 대한 동기부여를 할 수 있도록 보조하는 플랫폼을 기획하게 되었습니다.

The social hardships faced by North Korean refugees continue to pose a serious social problem. Among them, we researched about educational problems and found out that there are various socio-economic factors at play. We also realized the lack of programs by the government and non-government organizations that effectively support the education of North Korean youth.
Thus, we are planning to design a platform that promotes direct connections between volunteers and students, while providing substantial rewards for volunteering.
