Session Fee: $175+ 7% tax= $187.25
Non-refundable Retainer Fee: $93.63(includes taxes)
Session Fee Contents:  5 edited digital images for personal and advertising use online, social media, website, and promotional materials. The ticketed price includes your session, refreshments, and beverages (until supplies last) while you network with other business owners and professionals alike.

Thank you so much for your interest in participating in the second Headshot and Networking event put on by Amanda Kyrie Productions, LLC. The first event was Headshots & Mimosas in 2019! I am so excited to finally be bringing it back!

I have a comfortable indoor/outdoor location to accommodate our portrait background needs and set the tone for your upgraded Business Portraits. Please read over this form and fill it out. Once received, I will be sending an invoice to your email so you can pay the retainer fee or full balance. After you pay, you are booked!

There are a few recommendations that will help ensure that you get the most from your session: Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your designated session time, ready for your session, dressed to perfection.  Understand that showing up late may cut into your session. Also, please leave your cameras and cell phones to the side during the shoot. I appreciate your understanding. Once you arrive, you will need to sign in and select your background options. You will have a choice of 3-4 different backgrounds, and various empowering poses. Available backdrop colors are grey, black, or dark green. You will be able to mingle inside until you are called to take your photos outside.  There will be a place to brush-up your makeup, use the restroom, and make any last-minute wardrobe changes if need be. Refreshments will be provided while supplies last. You may also bring something for you or to share. 

Feel free to bring any promotional material- you may leave some on the table for others to pick up. Use this time wisely to learn about other businesses and blast yours. Have an event coming up? There are sponsorship opportunities available that will allow your brand to get closer to every guest, reach out to Amanda for more information. Tickets are also available for guests that may not want any photos taken and would like to attend and network, for $10+tax.

Sponsorship Opportunities:
Streamline Sponsor $20 -Advertising dropped in bags + entry to event for one person
Efficient Sponsor $35 -Advertising in bags + entry to event for 2 people
Exhibitor Sponsor $60 -Advertising in bags + entry for 2 + selling opportunity to display your product (terms and conditions apply).

Advertising material will be collected before the event so the deadline is August 25th at 5pm to sponsor. There are 18 possible time slots for headshot clients and more opportunities to present to other guests who attend. Each sponsor will be added to the event page and advertised on Amanda Kyrie Productions website, social media, and all event advertising. Each sponsor has the option to attend one or both days. If you would like to add a time slot for photos, you get one free image. The subtotal will be your sponsorship cost plus $150 per person. Taxes will be added for total.

After booking, I would love it if you could send me one of your favorite selfies or an image that represents you and your brand, and your favorite quote that keeps you motivated. I do suggest bringing a couple different accessories for this shoot that adds a flare of your personality to your brand. If you have any questions, send them my way! Basic touchups included are, minor spot removal and some skin smoothing.  I want to make sure you know that I try not to alter photos, but I do offer touch ups so you may feel more confident in your session and final product. Other touch ups may include body slimming, hair or acne/mole/freckle removal, may cost extra depending on the desired effect.
