Welcome to the Northern Lights Festival. The vending takes place in the Northern Lights Marketplace, in the center of the festival at the Northern Rockies Regional Recreation Centre Community Hall. The market will offer food, live music, art installations, pop up performances and more.
The Northern Lights Marketplace is open to the general public as well as festival attendees.
The Northern Lights Festival seeks high-quality craft vendors of all kinds, with a special focus on sustainably and ethically made products from around the world. The Northern Lights Marketplace will host artisans, jewelry makers, designers, and health and wellness professionals who share their unique products with the festival community.
***Priority given to vendors located in the Northern Rockies Regional Municipality.***
Travel to and from and accommodation is the responsibility of the vendor. Specific times for load in and load out will be announced and must be strictly adhered to. No late arrivals.
Limited spaces available. Space rental is $250 for 6 days including 6' table with two (2) chairs with a white or black table cloth with skirt.
$25 will be refunded if no garbage is left behind.
We are looking for honest-to-goodness small businesses. This means you have no more than one permanent retail location and you have annual sales of $250,000 or less.
When selected, you will receive an acceptance contract outlining the requirements of the Northern Lights Marketplace and your booth number. There are many ways to promote your business during the festival through our festival brochure and throughout the festival. You will be sent a list of options to make the most of your experience at the Northern Lights Festival.
