Race Entry Form
This form is to be filled out by the Skipper to apply for entry for their team in the 2017 UK Firefighters Sailing Challenge four day event.

To secure your place, an immediate deposit of £200 is required, with the balance of £600 payable by 1st March 2017.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque, using your team name as a reference. BACS transfer should be made to UKFSC Co-op bank account: 65192225 Sort code: 08-92-99. Cheques should be made payable to UKFSC and posted to: The Treasurer, 13 Coronation Avenue, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, PE29 1UA.
