Key Holder/Team Lead

General Summary:
This position will lead in working the retail store. The employee is responsible for achieving customer service and sales goals and ensuring the store operates to uphold our company's mission. The Employee will come to work every day with a professional appearance and demeanor and must present themselves in a well groomed professional manner. Islanders Team members should be self-motivated and willing to help in all areas of the team.

The Key Holder is responsible for all aspects of store operations including:
* Ensuring each customer is provided excellent Islanders-style customer service.
* Organizing store for easy and fun shopping.

The minimum eligibility requirements include:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Reliability and high personal integrity
* Flexibility in work schedule
* Retail-related work experience

Essential Job Functions:
Customer Service:
*Promote and monitor quality service among staff through training and by acting as a positive role model.
*Create seamless customer service by making every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in stock.
*Be personally available to all customers to communicate and identify their needs and address their questions or concerns.

Inventory:
*Assist in protecting company assets through promoting awareness of loss prevention.
