為申請 Overleaf 標準帳戶，圖書館需蒐集申請人的個人資料，包括姓名、員工編號、所屬單位及電子郵件地址。所蒐集之個人資料將於學校行政管理範圍內，用於帳戶申請、必要之聯繫、圖書館業務管理及相關統計分析。

依據《個人資料保護法》規定，您得透過聯絡本館行使下列權利：

查詢或請求查閱上述個人資料。
請求複製上述個人資料。
請求補充或更正上述個人資料。
請求停止蒐集、處理或利用上述個人資料。
請求刪除上述個人資料。

申請人應完整填寫申請表，並於申請時檢附所需文件；資料不完整或文件不齊全者，恕不受理。

For the purpose of applying for an Overleaf Standard account, the Library needs to collect the applicant’s personal information, including name, staff ID, department, and email. Such information shall be used within the location and period of school administration for account application, necessary correspondence, library management, and analysis.

According to the Personal Data Protection Act, you may exercise the following rights by contacting us:
(1) Inquiry and request for a review of the aforementioned personal information;
(2) Request to make duplications of the aforementioned personal information;
(3) Request to supplement or correct the aforementioned personal information;
(4) Request to discontinue collection, processing, or use of the aforementioned personal information; and
(5) Request to delete the aforementioned personal information.

The application must be filled out completely, and the required documentation must be provided at the time of submission. Incomplete applications will not be accepted or processed.
