Upon receipt of this form, a follow up email will be sent including our Bar Catering Menu with the product we offer for events. Items not on that menu can be special ordered with a case-buy commitment. However, since we do not have an off sale liquor license, we are unable to leave any unused, pre-purchased product.

Per state and local liquor licensing regulations, all alcohol served by The Boiler Room Bar Catering must be purchased and provided through our business. Outside alcohol is not permitted at catered events, as doing so would violate the requirements of our liquor license and event permits.

I understand the bar catering deposit terms and conditions:

*There is a $115 booking fee. This covers the required license, insurance, and 1 bartender. Cash bars may require an additional $50 bartender fee, depending on the amount of bartenders needed.

We do require a minimum spend for off-site bar catering services.  

You can calculate your minimum spend requirement as follows:
# of guests x hours of service x $2.50 = minimum spend requirement. There is a 50 guest, 2 hour minimum.  Minimum spends cap out at $7500 for large events.

Any difference between actual spend and spend requirement will be billed to you at the conclusion of the event.
