Delving into the California History Social Science Framework - YCOE
Designed for both experienced and new teachers in the 6th through 12th grade classroom, the program will explore the new History Social Science Framework to help teachers integrate its contents into the current repertoire. Featuring:

• Discussion of the instructional shifts in the new HSS Curriculum Framework
• Content talks for each grade level from local Professors with model lessons
• Disciplinary strategies and support for classroom inquiry
• CCSS and ELD strategies through the HSS Framework
• Technology tips

Registration: $225/person for all four sessions. Or $60/person for each individual session. Sessions meet from 4:15pm - 6:45pm at the Yolo County Office of Education in Woodland.
