Dear Supporters,

Thanks to your backing, we’ve made significant progress in addressing safety concerns at Lake Como Park! Here’s where we stand:

 

2/3 Issues Resolved:

  • Life Jackets Provided: Kayak rentals now include life jackets as per Texas state law. READ MORE.
  • Lifeguard Policy Clarified: While lifeguards are not stationed at Fort Worth lakes, we’ve clarified current policies with city officials.

What’s Next:

  • KLCB is pushing for the installation of safe kayak ramps and entry points. Don't worry, we’ll keep advocating until all safety concerns are addressed.
