All volunteers get in to the meets for FREE!
All timers and runners also receive a FREE t-shirt!
If you'd like to sign up for more than one shift, you will have to submit this form for each shift.
GAC is February 4-6. We will need 2 ticket takers each day from 2:30-~8:00 PM.
For the MSHSAA State Meet, Class 2 is Thursday Morning/Afternoon and Friday Morning. Class 1 is Friday Afternoon and Saturday Morning/Afternoon.
Volunteer job descriptions:• Ticket Takers: Collect tickets/check wristbands, stamp hands, and make sure everyone entering the natatorium has paid. Can be a sit down position (For GACs & MSHSAA State Meets)• Runners: Take printed results from down on the pool deck and post them upstairs by the natatorium entrance. (For MSHSAA State Meet Only)• Timers: See the action up close and personal as one of three backup timers. The pool lanes have digital touchpads as the official timers; volunteers are asked to use stopwatches (we provide) as a backup. There are three volunteer timers per lane, so state results won't be dependent on just one volunteer timer per lane. (For MSHSAA State Meet Only)
