Commitment includes:

 Payment schedule: Extended payment plans for hardship always available upon request from president and/or treasurer Wind/Percussion Members: Deposit + [3x$125] (June 15th, July 15th, August 15th) = $450 with Early Bird Special/ $525 without.
 Color Guard Members: Deposit + [4x$125] (June 15th, July 15th, August 15th, Sept 15th), extra month payment for custom performance costume that performer will keep = $525 with Early Bird Special/ $650 without
 All unfulfilled responsibilities related to required payments or fundraising will be billed to each participant’s
account

 Members of the PRHS Marching Band commit to full participation in band camp (July 12-16 (8a - 4p) and July 19-23 (8a - 4p), all regular season marching activities and PRHS football games, mini-camps, competitions, and exhibitions. Competition and Game Schedule will be published after Band Camp.

 Eligibility for drill assignments are based on initial deposit, attendance at all practices and events.
 Wind and percussion students must be enrolled in a Peachtree Ridge instrumental music class to be eligible to march.
 All students will need to complete a free Dragonfly(TM) Physical Account prior to the 2021 Band Camp. Instructions to set this up for your student are on our website at peachtreeridgebands.com school year
