Security Deposit (required before YVR Prep membership is approved)
Fraser Health Food Permit (required for YVR Prep membership)
Burnaby Business License (required for YVR Prep membership)
Liability Insurance (required for YVR Prep membership, min. $1 million liability)
Food Safe Certification (required for all food handlers working within YVR Prep, in conjunction with Food Permit)
Annual Membership Fee
