All-Church Retreat 2024 - Registration
Welcome to IPC's All-Church Retreat sign-up form!
Please go through this form carefully, patiently, and with grace (some information will come later in the form). If there are uncertainties or questions at any point, feel free to contact Adult Education & Retreats Elder Warren Schenler at retreats@ipc-zurich.org or come to our sign-up tables on Sunday.

General info:
  • The retreat takes place from May 10 - 12 (Friday evening to Sunday noon).
  • Room categories and attendance are limited. In general, reservations are done on a first-come, first-served basis. However, overnight guests will be given priority over day guests.
  • 1 night bookings are possible, depending on demand, and will be charged accordingly.
  • Meals will be provided from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch.
  • Families can fill out one sign-up form if they share a room. Unless indicated otherwise, we assume that your youth/child will be eating the same meals as you.

This year's retreat theme:
  • "Practical Outreach: Making Jesus Known in the 21st Century"
  • Based on  1 Corinthians 9: 19-23 and "Fool's Talk- Recovering the Art of Christian Persuasion" by Os Guinness.

  • Children aged 0-5: stay for free
  • Children aged 6-11: 50% discount
  • Children aged 12-14: 20% discount
  • Youth will sleep in the Gruppenhaus (unless explicitly indicated otherwise). See Gruppenhaus option for prices. Rooms will be assigned.
  • The room prices include all meals, a retreat fee of CHF 10 per person per day (Saturday & Sunday) to cover the rented communal rooms and a tourist tax for overnight guests of CHF 2.60 per person per night.
