This application is your first step in the NCCYM exhibit process. All applications will be reviewed. NFCYM values exhibitors whose/who:
• Mission and resources reflect the values of the Catholic Church and NFCYM.• Resources prepare participants for Christian discipleship.• Act as a good and responsible steward of resources.• Provides or encourages an engaging, educational/catechetical experience.• Reflects the diversity of the church and local community.• Seeks out socially-responsible sources for their promotional materials and items.
NFCYM reserves the right to refuse space to any applicant who, in the opinion of NFCYM, is unlikely to contribute to the overall objectives of the conference. Applications are reviewed cumulatively approximately every two weeks. All applicants will be notified of their status following review.
NFCYM prioritizes selection of exhibit space in the following way: (1) sponsors, (2) members (diocesan and organizational), (3) nonprofit, education, and informational organizations, and (4) retailers.
Therefore, NCCYM sponsors choose exhibit space first, followed by NFCYM (diocesan and organizational) member applicants, followed by general applicants. The contact(s) for each accepted applicant will receive an email with login information for the online exhibit system. These emails will be sent in batches based applicant type (sponsor, member, etc.) and the date/time the application was submitted. Once notified of login information, space is on a first come, first served basis.
Once space is selected, applicants have five (5) business days to submit full payment for space and upload proof of insurance (or a completed self-insured agreement). Failure to submit either payment of proof of insurance could result in cancellation of exhibit space.
