Boxer Bash Vendor Sign-Up
The 2023 Green Acres Boxer Bash will be held on Saturday, September 16, from 10am - 3pm. This is event is all about dogs!  We do not charge a fee for a booth, all we ask is that you make sure you attend. Please bring your own table(s) and consider donating an item for the silent auction.

If you would like to sign-up to have a booth at the Boxer Bash, please complete and submit the following form in its entirety:

GABR does not charge a fee to Boxer Bash exhibitors.  Will you provide your own table(s) or do you need GABR to provide?  We cannot make guarantees that enough tables will be available until the layout is finalized. *
We do require that you make sure your table is staffed even if you, personally, cannot attend. No-shows will lose their vendor spot for all future events. Are you willing to make sure your table is staffed during the whole time of the Boxer Bash? *

Terms and Conditions: In consideration of being permitted to participate at the Boxer Bash, I, for myself, the above stated business/organization, and all of its employees, agents, representatives and assignees (collectively referred to as “Vendor”), hereby release, waive and discharge Green Acres Boxer Rescue (“GABR”), its directors, officers, employees, volunteers and agents (collectively referred to as “Releasees”) from all liability to Vendor for any loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefor on account of injury to person or property of the Vendor, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise while the Vendor is at the Boxer Bash.  Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, save and hold harmless the Releasees and each of them from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur arising from the Vendor's operations at the Boxer Bash premises regardless of whether such harm is caused by the sole or partial fault of the Releasees.  I understand that GABR reserves the right to refuse entry to any vendor or participant at any time and for any reason.  By submitting this Boxer Bash Vendor Sign-Up form, I herewith acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms and conditions, and agree to be bound thereby. Vendor further expressly agrees that the foregoing release and waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.  GABR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY TO ALL VENDORS WHO DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
