Student Production Services Request 2025-2026
Student Production Services (SPS) is a student-led staff that provides free sound and lighting equipment and expertise to undergraduate student clubs and organizations. We are dedicated to providing friendly and knowledgeable production technicians, free of cost, to create high-quality setups for Brandeis University undergraduate events.

Please request services at least three weeks prior to your event or first rehearsal as dates can fill up quickly; allow one week to receive a reply. SPS cannot guarantee that we can work every event nor will our equipment be suitable for all occasions. 

You must be a member of a Undergraduate Student Union recognized student club to request SPS for your events. SPS is not available for individual, private, or outside events. For graduate student organizations or department events, please contact Conference and Events.

When reserving the space for your event, please inquire about whether an electrician is required in order to provide power for the event. Some spaces, like Chapels Field and spaces that are not included in the list, may not have on-site power. It is the club's/organization's to ensure that power is available. We are unable to work any events in Gosman, as it is a risk to both our technicians and our equipment.

- Rehearsal and performances over multiple days
- Programmed lighting
- Many Instruments needing mics or plugins (ie. guitars, drumset, keyboard, etc)
- Many Acts / Clubs performing
- Anything else that may make it a Large Performance

ALL LEVIN SHOWS ARE LARGE PERFORMANCES unless they require NO SPS lighting
