WETT (Wood Energy Transfer Technology) Inspection only - $300 per one unit plus GST ($150 per additional unit on same property)

WETT (Wood Energy Transfer Technology) Inspection for wood-burning fireplace or stove - $150 per unit (with home inspection) plus GST

Potability Water Test – Microbiological Analysis - $195 plus GST (Results in 48 hours)

Well Water Draw Down Test - 2hrs - $295.00 plus GST with home inspection( recommended for wells + 25yrs old))

Large Shop Inspection - $250.00 plus GST - add $125.00 plus GST for each barn, machine shop etc.

Residential Sewer Scope $250.00 with home inspection (recommended for homes 25+ years)

Residential Sewer Scope $535.00 without home inspection (recommended for homes 25+ years)
