Ottawa Artisans 2022 Virtual Events + Promos
Please use this form to sign-up for our 2022 virtual events. One payment will give you access to all 5 events of the year.

The table fees must be sent to hello@ottawaartisans.com before the first event in which you want to be included. You will be provided a receipt upon reception of the payment. Please indicate in the 'notes' of the etransfer that it's for virtual events and then name of your shop.

How do events work? During our events, only participating vendors are ''live'' on the site. At that time, shipping is consolidated so buyers can purchase from multiple vendors at once and receive their full order together (either shipped, dropped-off or pick it up in town by Ottawa Artisans). What it means for vendors is that any sales you do during the event, instead of coordinating with the buyers, you will be required to bring them to one of our few drop-off locations in town within 3-5 days of the end of the market (drop-off locations will be announced ahead of time). At that point, we will fulfill all orders and send your items on their way! You can have as many items as you want in your shop during an event and you retain full access to your seller's portal so you can discount, add or remove products as the market is going on! Event specific information will be sent prior to each of our events. (Vendors do not ship any products or handle any of the deliveries during events.)

EXCLUSIVE PERKS FOR VIRTUAL EVENTS VENDORS:
- Year-round, your products will be features in special shopping categories on the front page (by $ amount, gift ideas, etc.) - these categories will only be populated by products from our virtual events vendors.
- For each market, your shop will be promoted in social media posts and in the blitz leading up to each of the markets (similar strategy than in 2021 for returning vendors)
