Dear board member!
We would like to invite you to the second online COT (Club Officer Training). The training will be useful for those, who:
- didn't manage to attend the first online COT. Besides of getting useful information, you will help your board to obtain DCP points by attending the training - do not miss the chance!
- would like to attend special trainings (Base Camp, EasySpeak) - you may visit only these trainings, not the whole COT if you have already attended the COT in July
- would like to do the COT once more to discuss further ideas and to get new information.
The training will take place online on the 22th of August 2020 and last for 4 hours (10:00-14:00), including breaks.
During the training you will:
- have fun
- have opportunity to attend Base Camp and EasySpeak trainings
- meet board members of other Toastmaster clubs in Northern Germany, expand your Toastmasters network
- have live discussions on issues important for your club
- help other clubs to become better and get useful information for your own club
- create together with others the agenda for your area and division for the upcoming Toastmaster year
You can contact your Area Director any time via email or EasySpeak to get more details and to propose questions and issues to be discussed during the COT. The COT Agenda will be sent later. The information you submit will only be available for organization team of the COT (area directors for the areas A1, A2 and A3 as well as for the division A director).

Liebes Vorstandsmitglied! Wir möchten Sie zum zweiten Online-COT (Club Officer Training) einladen. Das Training ist nützlich für diejenigen, die:
- es nicht geschafft haben, am ersten Online-COT teilzunehmen. Du wirst nicht nur viel Information erhalten, aber auch deinem Vorstand helfen, DCP-Punkte zu erhalten
- an speziellen Schulungen teilnehmen wollen (Base Camp, EasySpeak)
- noch mal das COT besuchen möchten, um weitere Ideen zu diskutieren und neue Informationen zu erhalten.
Das Training findet am 22. August 2020 online statt und dauert 4 Stunden (10: 00-14: 00 Uhr), einschließlich Pausen.
Während des Trainings wirst du:
- viel Spaß haben
- Gelegenheit haben, an Base Camp- und EasySpeak-Schulungen teilzunehmen - Du kannst nur diese Trainings besuchen und nicht das ganze COT, wenn du bereits im Juli beim COT warst
- dich mit anderen Vorstandsmitglieder anderer Toastmaster-Clubs in Norddeutschland treffen und dein Toastmasters-Netzwerk erweitern
- Live-Diskussionen zu Themen, die für deinen Club wichtig sind, führen
- anderen Clubs helfen, besser zu werden sowie nützliche Informationen für deinen eigenen Club erhalten
- gemeinsam mit anderen die Agenda für Ihre Region und Abteilung für das kommende Toastmaster-Jahr erstellen
Du kannst dich jederzeit per E-Mail oder EasySpeak an deinen Area Director wenden, um weitere Informationen zu erhalten und Fragen und Themen vorzuschlagen, die während des COT besprochen werden sollen. Die COT-Agenda wird später gesendet werden.
