PTO Board Secretary Nomination Form
The Our Lady of the Lake School PTO Board will be electing a Vice-President and Secretary for the 2017-2018 school year.

The Vice-President shall preside in the absence of the President and shall assist the President in his/her responsibilities as necessary.

The Secretary shall be responsible for the keeping of all records of the organization including records of meetings, correspondence, records of membership and meeting attendance.

Please consider nominating yourself or an interested member. All nominees must be paid PTO members.

Nomination, acceptance, and voting timeline:
Nominations will be accepted between 3/9/17 to 4/30/17.
Nominees will be notified by 5/1/17 to accept their nomination.
Voting for nominees will take place by members present at the PTO meeting on Thursday, 5/18/17 at 7pm.
(Prior to voting, nominees will give a short statement on why they accepted their nomination.)
The nominee with the most votes will be announced at the end of the meeting on Thursday, 5/18/17.
