  Please complete the below document to express interest in joining the National Technical Honors Society. You must answer all questions prior to submitting this document.  Your answers will account for 1/3 of the selection committee's determining factors.
  As part of the application, you are required to have a minimum of 2 outside recommendations from people that know you well, excluding family members.  Examples may include other teachers, coaches, advisors, leaders of outside organizations, etc (but NOT your Polaris teacher).  Please provide the names and emails of at least 2 people and no more than 3 people.  An email will be sent to these people with the evaluation, so make sure the email is correctly entered.  Please ask these people before submitting their information in the application.  Make sure that you have the emails of your outside recommendations ready before beginning this application.
  Also, please make sure to use an email that you check often so that we can reach out if there are any issues.
