Pre-Program Swimming: Warm up with 400m + Repeat the 12 minute Test + Swim out extra laps required to make 1km
Wk 1-Oct 7-Oct 13: 12km of Runs. Swimming 4.6km (P1); 5.2km (P2); 5.9km (P3); 7.6km (P4)
Wk 2-Oct 14-Oct 20: 16km of Runs. Swimming 5km (P1); 5.6km (P2); 6.9km (P3); 8.4km (P4)
Wk 3-Oct 21-Oct 27: 18km of Runs. Swimming 5.2km (P1); 5.8km (P2); 7.2km (P3); 8.8km (P4)
Wk 4-Oct 28-Nov 3: 20km of Runs. Swimming 5.4km (P1); 6.0km (P2); 7.6km (P3); 9.2km (P4)
Wk 5-Nov 4-Nov 10: 22km of Runs. Swimming 5.4km (P1); 6.0km (P2); 7.6km (P3); 9.2km (P4)
Wk 6-Nov 11-Nov 17: 24km of Runs. Swimming 6.4km (P1); 7.0km (P2); 8.6km (P3); 10.2km (P4)
Wk 7-Nov 18-Nov 24: 26km of Runs. Swimming 6.4km (P1); 7.0km (P2); 8.6km (P3); 10.2km (P4)
Wk 8- Nov 25-Dec 1: 12km of Runs. Swimming: 3.1km (P1); 3.4km (P2); 3.9km (P3) or 4.6km (P4)
After Wk 3 everyone should be moving up through the swimming programs!
