By signing this release, I understand this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of me may be electronically displayed via the Internet. There is no time limit on the validity of this release. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation related to the use of my image or recording.

  • All Guests acknowledge that the use of a pool and activities around the pool involves the potential risk of serious danger and bodily injury.All Guests further acknowledge that these risks may be the result of the actions or inactions of the Host/Owner, other guests, or anyone else using or around the pool.  All Guests will use the pool at their own risk and assumes all risks of bodily injury resulting from or around the Pool located on the Premises. This assumption of risk extends to all guests, their minor children, other guests, or anyone else on the property.  All Guests release the following parties from any loss or damage to property, physical injury, or death as a result of the pool and its use: the Host, the Owner, the Buddy Holly Educational Foundation, their employees, heirs, and successors. This release extends to the injuries of any party, both directly and indirectly related to the use of and around said pool.
