Students are to read the JVHS Parking & Traffic Regulations 2022-23. By submitting this form, you are consenting to your understanding of the rules and regulations prior to receiving your parking permit.

I understand that my fees and fines have to be paid prior to purchasing a parking sticker. *
I understand that my student must pay $25 for a replacement sticker if they DO NOT bring in all or a portion of their old sticker. Subsequent or LOST decal(s)l require a $25 fee for a replacement. *
I understand that my vehicle may be towed if I am NOT parked in my assigned parking lot, if I park in non-designated areas, not removing vehicle from the early release lot by 3:00pm or if I have not purchased a parking permit. *
I understand that I must notify the Assistant Principal immediately to obtain a Temporary parking tag when I am using a different vehicle. *
I understand that I must drive 15 mph while driving on campus. *
I understand that I may purchase a 2nd parking tag for an additional vehicle, but must notify the Assistant Principal prior to purchasing. Same rules and regulations apply as the 1st tag. *
I understand that Jersey Village High School assumes no responsibility for the direct care and/or protection of any vehicle or its contents when operated or parked on the campus. *
I understand that while my vehicle is parked on school property, it is under the jurisdiction of the school. The school reserves the right to search any vehicle if reasonable cause exists to do so. *
I understand the I am not permitted to go to my vehicle during the school day, allow the use of the vehicle by others to break school rules or use the vehicle to leave campus at any time during the school day without permission or a valid release from school pass generated from the Attendance or Assistant Principal’s Office. *
