First DCW Annual Convening Participation Application
We have collectively made a lot of impact since our inception in July 2021, starting as three people, and making out one of the most active South Asian Wikimedia community. Our community members have been to both national and international Wikimedia events and our conversations have been seen as an important resource. 

We aim to celebrate our achievements and impact towards the end of December 2025, most likely in Aligarh, by bringing about 40 of our community members together, with a theme of "Collaborate, Impact and Sustain". The DCW Board requests the community members to submit this application form by 19 November 2025 so that we have a list of selected participants available on time.

  • The data collected through the form is treated as confidential information and will be only be shared with the following people/groups: Core Organizing Team, Travel Partner(s), and relevant teams from the Deoband Community Wikimedia (Trust & Safety etc.) if needed.
  • The raw data collected through the form will be retained through the event dates and will be discarded within 30 days after the event is over.
