Pilipinx Youth Leadership Conference Volunteer Sign-up Form
PYLC brings together Filipino and Filipino-American youth from all over the Bay Area to learn about our culture, history, and issues affecting our local community.

This year, PYLC will take place on Saturday, March 4, from 9am to 10pm. The theme is Bayan Ko Bayan Mo!

“Bayan Ko Bayan Mo” translates to “Your country, my country”. This year’s PYLC, we aim to emphasize our shared Pilipinx heritage, culture, and experience to empower the youth for change. By creating a communal place for family and self, for finding and embracing our Filipino/Filipino-American identities, and for educating our youth so that they may advocate for change in local and international issues, we hope to create a lasting impact on the youth’s understanding of the world around them and to grant them a voice in the many issues that may arise in their lives. This conference will achieve this important goal by

1. Exposing them to our beautiful history which continues within them, today
2. Connecting them to a rich, shared cultural heritage through performance and activity
3. Helping to facilitate life-long friendships and relationships amongst our many Filipino communities

We need YOU to help us make all aspects of PYLC a success! We're looking for volunteers, break-out leaders, and drivers.

Please consider volunteering! PYLC is on Saturday, March 4. Thank you!
