The seminar will be held Friday, July 14, 2017 at the Hilton Garden Inn Ft Lauderdale Airport-Cruise Port, 180 SW 18th Avenue, Dania Beach (Ft Lauderdale), FL 33004 - ph: 954-924-9204

Registration will be from 7:30 am to 8:00 am and a continental breakfast will be served. The seminar will be from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. The seminar will conclude at 12 pm. Please note lunch in NOT included.

Cost: $150 for members, $160 for non members
**Price includes a copy of Mr. Kalmanson's book "Overview of Florida's Construction Lien Law" - latest edition**

Registration Deadline: July 7, 2017. - No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline. Based on contractual obligations with the hotel, refunds will not be given due to weather, including hurricanes. We have a few rooms blocked at the hotel the night before at the rate of $109.00 + 11% tax. Once you register for the seminar, details on how to make a reservation at the group rate will be on your confirmation screen, which you can print. The deadline to make your hotel reservation is June 28, 2017.
