You will NOT receive an email confirmation. However, once you're done filling out your form, you will get a confirmation screen. This will serve as your confirmation. You can print it by going up to "file" at the top of your screen then selecting print, or right clicking with your mouse and then selecting print.
Registration will be from 7:30 am to 8:00 am and a continental breakfast will be served. The seminar will be from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. The seminar will conclude at 12 pm. Please note lunch in NOT included.

Registration Deadline: July 7, 2017. - No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline. Based on contractual obligations with the hotel, refunds will not be given due to weather, including hurricanes. We have a few rooms blocked at the hotel the night before at the rate of $109.00 + 11% tax. Once you register for the seminar, details on how to make a reservation at the group rate will be on your confirmation screen, which you can print. The deadline to make your hotel reservation is June 28, 2017.
