LA Free the Vote: Voter Registration Volunteer Sign-Up!
LA Free the Vote wants to make sure everyone who is eligible, especially those who have spent time in jail and may not know they are eligible, are registered for the midterm elections and beyond! We need volunteers between now and the deadline for voter registration (October 22nd) to be out in the community engaging would-be voters to let them know about their civic rights and register them to vote!

We will be registering justice-involved individuals:

1) During a final push October 20-22nd in various locations where justice-involved individuals are likely to be present.
2) At probation offices county-wide weekdays until October 22nd

If you sign up as a volunteer, we will reach out to you with further details coordinating with you! If you have any questions please feel free to email Jessica Sarriot ( or Joseph Pettit (
