Canyonfest Centennial Celebration 2023 - Volunteer Sign-Up
The Kittredge Civic Association is planning for a 100 year birthday party on Saturday, September 16th - 
​Canyonfest: A Kittredge Centennial Celebration!
The party is in Kittredge Park and includes live music, food trucks, a beer garden, duck races, a dunk tank and a walking gallery featuring the history of Kittredge.

Volunteers are the key to making this a successful event and we appreciate everyone that makes this possible. It's all about connecting the community and having some fun. Show your support and maybe even meet a new neighbor by VOLUNTEERING!

There are a variety of shifts available including ticket sales, duck race support, beer garden monitors, setup, tear-down and more! Each volunteer will receive a T-shirt and a free lunch!

VOLUNTEER PREFERENCES
Below are the available opportunities and shifts. Please check all that you are available and interested in working.
Set-Up (assists with the general setup of the event in the park - tents/booths, tables, props, etc.)

Entrance Tent Attendant (Greets guests as they come into the park. Will be a sales point for beer tickets, duck races, and possible KCA merchandise. This position(s) will work in pairs at all times.)

History Tent Attendant (Monitors and interacts with guests in the Kittredge/KCA history tent(s). May answer questions about displays and promote the Centennial. No sales or money at this location.)

Dunk Tank Monitor (Works in the dunk tank area collecting tickets and assisting participants)

Beer Garden Entrance Attendant (Checks ID's and provides wrist bands for beer garden entrants. Assists in monitoring the beer garden. This position will work in pairs at all times. Must be 21+ years of age.)

Beer Garden Monitor (Monitors activity in the beer garden to ensure rules are enforced. Must be 21+ years of age)

Beer Garden Server (serve beer to patrons, collect beverage tickets. Must be TIPS certified.)

Duck Races Support (sell ducks, promote/announce races, and deliver prizes)

Break-Down (Assists in the break-down and cleanup of the event at the park and possible unload of items at the KCA building)
