The media department is committed to serving the pastoral staff and leadership at FCOG.  We have a dedicated team to doing image art and video to meet the needs of our growing ministry.  While we deeply desire to serve in this capacity, please understand that this team is made of volunteers who work full time jobs outside of ministry.  To help them serve you, and to ensure that your project is completed as desired and on time, please submit this form 3 weeks prior to the date needed for STILL IMAGE ART and 4 weeks prior to the date you needed for VIDEO IMAGE ART.  

In addition to completing this form within the timeframe mentioned above, please understand that our media team will do their best to send you "proofs" of your requested image art.  Please review all proofs ASAP.  If you desire any changes to the image art, please contact the media team member ASAP to explain the changes you need.  Understand that changes will take up to 3 days to accomplish.  We will do our best to satisfy all requests but please understand that we do have some limitations and may not be able to capture exactly what you desire.  

Finally, here is a checklist break down of the entire process to receive media for your ministry:

  1. Fill out the FCOG Media Request Form (3-4 weeks prior to deadline)
  2. A Media team member may contact you to get better clarification of what you want (within 7 days)
  3. A Media team member will create your image art and send it to you so you can proof it (within 2-3 weeks) *Please note: when you are proofing the media, read all text and observe all images made.
  4. After you have received the proof, please give feedback to the Media team member ASAP.
  5. Any changes that are needed will take up to 3 days.
  6. Once the media process is complete, we will send you the final copy.  It is your responsibility to submit the copy to other sources (such as the secretary for printing, facebook or the connect page usage, or the media team for proclaim.)
