Kindergarten Screening 2026-2027
Please complete the form below by Monday, March 30, 2026 if your child will be 5 years of age before the first day of school on September 2, 2026.  
This document should be completed by members of the Gibsonburg School district as well as those considering open enrolling to Gibsonburg.  
Screenings will be held Wednesday, April 1, and Thursday, April 2 from 8  - 11 AM, and again from 12 - 3 PM each day.  Your appointment will last anywhere from 45-90 minutes, and you will sign up for one session only.
