2024 Field Day Volunteer Sign Up
Hello Parents and Guardians,

To make Field Day as successful as possible we need parent volunteers to help run our stations. Field Day will be on Friday, May 24th with the rain date being Wednesday, June 5th. The big change in Field Day this year is that it will be on the same day for both schools and the location of Field Day will be at Weaverville Primary School!!! 


  • Weaverville Elementary(2nd, 3rd and 4th) 9:00AM-11:30AM
  • Weaverville Primary(K and 1st) 12:15-1:45


 If you are interested in volunteering for Field Day this year, please fill out the Google Form below.
*Some of the stations will include water activities so If you are willing to get wet during Field Day please let us know at the bottom of the form.

*In order to Volunteer for Field Day you must complete the Volunteer Tracker through Buncombe County Schools*

Primary Parents/Guardians: Please email Principal Stroupe and she will send you the link for the Volunteer Tracker form. stephanie.stroupe@bcsemail.org

Elementary Parents/Guardians: You can find the link inside the News from the Nest that Principal Nichols sends out at the beginning of each week.

If you have already filled out the Volunteer Tracker this year you will not have to fill it out again
