We are excited to have you join as at the West Hartford Pride Celebration on Saturday June 21,2025. Please read and complete the requested information below. Please complete this form no later than Friday May 23, 2025.

All vendors will have access to a table and two chairs. You will need to provide your own tent. In order to secure your spot in the WHP celebration you will need to pay a minimal fee. Please check the box that applies. *
