The Department of Student Services and Equity is reviewing the current version of the ACPS Student Code of Conduct. The ACPS Student Code of Conduct can be found at https://www.acps.k12.va.us/codeofconduct. It has served as a resource to promote positive school behavior, describe the multi-tiered system of support used to provide interventions to students in need of behavioral support, outline procedures for concerns such as reporting bullying, and explain conduct that could result in specific disciplinary actions utilizing a restorative practices lens.
