MASD Pre-K Counts Application
Thank you for your interest in MASD's Pre-K Counts Program! Pre-K Counts is for three and four year-olds. A child must be three by September 1st to be eligible for the program. MASD's Pre-K Counts classes are Monday through Friday from 7:45AM - 2:00PM located in Founders' Hall Middle School. Please keep in mind that parents must provide transportation to and from school.

The following documentation is required for Pre-K Counts:
  • child’s birth certificate
  • child's immunization record
  • proof of income for parents/guardians residing in the home with the Pre-K child (examples include: most recent tax return, three consecutive paystubs, W2, unemployment document, TANF document, proof of SSI)
  • three proofs of residency: lease or deed and two current bills

These documents may be emailed or brought to the District Administration office. Your child's application will not be considered for enrollment until the required documentation has been received.
