HKMS Field Day at the ECC 2023
Our tradition of celebrating the end of the school year with an ECC Field Day returns!  The ECC is providing a variety of fun activities and unlimited food for a cost of $10.00 per student. Our field day will be held on Friday, June 16th.

Field day offers students the opportunity to enjoy one another's company and participate in the following activities: a giant inflatable obstacle course, knockerball, wiffle ball, gaga ball, basketball, karaoke, ping pong, a DJ, trivia, bingo, boom blasters, Can Jam, giant tricycle races and more!  Unlimited hamburgers, hot dogs, salad, french fries, popcorn, watermelon, flavor pops and ice cream are also included.

Students should wear comfortable outdoor summer attire which is consistent with HKMS dress code policy. All Policies and Regulations are in effect at a school-sponsored activity on or off campus.  Participation in a field trip by students is regarded as a privilege and not a right.  Students are reminded that they are representatives of their school and community during field trips and appropriate behavior is an absolute requirement.  Students will be able to participate in a variety of fun activities. Lunch, drinks and snacks are included. This is designed to be an enjoyable, relaxing end of the year event for all our students. Students will be escorted to the ECC by HKMS staff at about 9:00 a.m. and return to school at approximately 12:45p.m. Dismissal is at 12:50 p.m. Students will not need to reenter the school building upon arriving back to HKMS. They will be directed to their regular departing area, supervised by HKMS staff..

There is a limited amount of funding available for students who may be unable to afford expenses for field trips or other educational activities. The Parent/guardian may contact Annie Mohr, Assistant Principal of HKMS to apply for "Field Trip Assistance Grant" funds.

Payments for all field trips are non-refundable. The student and parent assume the personal risk of loss of the deposit or payment.
