This form needs to be completed whether you are a new parent or renewing (If you have participated before, please complete this form again as the program starts new every year). By completing this form you will automatically be enrolled in the Parent Certification course in Canvas for 2023-24 which will be your access for completing core courses and participating in discussion threads with your peers and will serve as your platform for tracking all the program requirements.
